The space
The apartment was renovated in 2022.
Each room offers a comfortable bed (180x200 or 160x200) with large closet.
The large open kitchen invites you to cook and eat together. Next to the kitchen it has a washing machine and an iron.
The living room has a sofa and a modern chaise longue and a dining table for four people. On the balcony there is another small table.
The building has no storage room for sports equipment. Skis, etc. can be stored in the apartment, bikes in front of the house.
Guest access
Entire apartment is available for guests.
No luggage deposit possible.

--> from 29 August to 9 December a new lift will be installed. The lift cannot be used then. There may be minor noise emissions during the day.

Neighborhood overview
The apartment is centrally located in Silvaplana village. The public parking garage is right next to the apartment building, where you can park your car cheaply.
In two to three minutes walking distance you will find a bakery, a grocery store, several sports stores and restaurants.
Getting around
The bus stop for the local Silvaplana free bus and the public Engadin Bus (public transport) is right by the house. With the public transport Engadin Bus you can reach all places and sights in the Upper Engadine.

By car: Park your car in the public parking garage "Munterots". The parking garage is right next to the house of the apartment.

By public transport: The train goes to St. Moritz. From the train station in St. Moritz take the bus (Engadin Bus line 4 or 1) to the bus stop "Silvaplana, Kreisel Mitte". From there it is a two minute walk to the apartment building. The trip takes 11 minutes.
