AlpRent comes from the Engadine

As a native of St. Moritz, the founder of AlpRent - Alexander - knows the local conditions in Engadin. AlpRent's co-founder - Corina - also grew up in the Engadine and is characterized by a strong flair for design and furnishings. Together with the AlpRent team, the goal is to make the Engadine affordable for vacation home renters. In addition, AlpRent aims to more than meet the high expectations of property owners for professional and lenient management.

Alexander enjoys traveling and discovering new places with interesting people. He completed his business education at HSG in St. Gallen and also spent half a year each in Vancouver BC and Milan. For three years he lived and studied in Japan / Tokyo to write his dissertation. His favorite destination is Hawaii / Maui, where he travels every year for a few weeks to windsurf. He can also often be found in Italy on Lake Como.
Alexander has been engaged in the purchase and management of real estate since 1994.


Corina also loves to travel to faraway countries and also likes to take the two children with her. Preferred destinations are London, Hawaii and Italy. On her travels she always has her eyes open for new design ideas, which she can then implement in the vacation apartments. In addition to her activities for AlpRent, Corina runs her own hair & beauty business in St. Moritz.
