The bedroom room offers a comfortable bed with a new mattress 180x200 cm with a large closet.
The living room has a sofa, two seat cushions, a fireplace and a dining table for four people. The open "retro-chic" kitchen is fully equipped.
The garden seating area has two chairs and a small table, where you can enjoy the view of the mountains, lake and nature.
The private garage parking spot is easily accessible from the apartment.
In the basement and the garage you have storage room for sports equipment (skis, bikes, ecc.).
A laundry room on the garage level with a washing machine and dryer (work with CHF coins).
Guest accessEntire apartment is available for guests.

Neighborhood overviewThe apartment is located in Silvaplana-Surlej, very close to the slopes and the the cable car station of Corvatsch. The apartment offers ski in ski out and in summer great access to hiking or biking.
Within 7 minutes walking distance you will find a bakery. Within 6 minutes walking distance you will find the "Bellavista" restaurant with local dishes and game specialties.
In 4 minutes by car you are in the center of Silvaplana for grocery shopping in the supermarket "Volg".
Getting aroundThe next public bus stop "Surlej Foppas" is 9 minutes walking from the apartment. From there you can reach easily all interesting locations in the valley.
