The space
The apartment was freshly renovated and refurnished in December 2023. You will feel completely at home in the 4-room apartment with 85m2. Cook your own meals in the spacious, fully equipped open kitchen. Enjoy the panorama of the Engadine mountains from the dining room or from the deckchairs on the terrace. You have two bedrooms with large double beds - 160x200 cm - plus an additional, fold-down single bed in the 2nd bedroom. The apartment is generously equipped with fitted wardrobes. Two comfortable sofas in the living room and a 55-inch Smart TV with Netflix invite you to relax. Free coffee, high-speed internet, smart speaker with Spotify/YouTube, soft hand and shower towels and free shower gel are of course available in the apartment.

Neighborhood overview
Right in front of the apartment you will find the sports pavilion with sports field, ice rink, children's playground and a restaurant with terrace. The center of Pontresina can be reached on foot in 9 minutes, where you will find various restaurants and shopping facilities for small and large budgets.
The local Coop supermarket can be reached in four minutes by car.
Getting around
It is very easy to get to the apartment by car. The entrance to the parking garage is in front of the house on "Via Maistra" opposite the "Roseg Garage" petrol station.

From Pontresina train station you can reach the apartment on foot in 20 minutes.
From Pontresina train station you can also take the public bus, line 1 or line 2 (winter only) to the stop "Sportpavillon" (approx. 10 minutes). From there it is a 1 minute walk to the apartment.
There is a public bus stop "Sportpavillon" directly in front of the house. From there you can easily reach all destinations in the Upper Engadine by bus.
