The space
The apartment was freshly renovated and refurnished in December 2023. You will feel completely at home on the first floor (maisonette). Cook your own food in the fully equipped kitchenette. Enjoy the view of Pontresina's local mountain "Schafsberg" from the dining room. In the sleeping area on the 2nd floor you have spacious wardrobes, a large double bed and two comfortable armchairs to enjoy the Smart TV with Netflix. Free coffee, high-speed internet, smart speaker to listen to Spotify/YouTube, soft hand and shower towels and free shower gel are of course available in the apartment.

Neighborhood overview
Right in front of the apartment you will find the sports pavilion with sports field, ice rink, children's playground and a restaurant with terrace. The center of Pontresina can be reached on foot in 9 minutes, where you will find various restaurants and shopping facilities for small and large budgets.
The local Coop supermarket can be reached in four minutes by car.
Getting around
It is very easy to get to the apartment by car. The entrance to the parking garage is in front of the house on "Via Maistra" opposite the "Roseg Garage" petrol station.

From Pontresina train station you can reach the apartment on foot in 20 minutes.
From Pontresina train station you can also take the public bus, line 1 or line 2 (winter only) to the stop "Sportpavillon" (approx. 10 minutes). From there it is a 1 minute walk to the apartment.
There is a public bus stop "Sportpavillon" directly in front of the house. From there you can easily reach all destinations in the Upper Engadine by bus.

A few days before your arrival you will receive a personalized, electronic travel guide as well as further information on arrival, check-in and activities in and around Pontresina.
